Our Small Group Personal Training memberships allow our members to get all the benefits of personal training such as individual attention and customised programming without any of the negatives such as training in isolation and high costs.
Most Metta Box members choose to have small group personal training and group training as this allows for weekly goal specific training and general fitness training in a bigger group setting.

We develop programs in line with your goals that are industry leading and proven by science. Your sessions are led by expert Coaches who will make you better at whatever it is you need or want to get better at.
Whether it's learning to move, improving your strength, getting better at a skill or getting a faster workout time, our Coaches and programming will get you there.
You get all the benefits of one-to-one personal training without any of the negatives. It's affordable, not done in isolation and with over 40 sessions a week couldn't much more convenient.
Programmed in 12 week blocks and followed by a test week you'll be able to track your results for life. We adapt the programming after every block and after every one of your goal setting sessions so training never gets boring and you never plateau. Following the Metta Process ensures that you get the results you deserve for the rest of your life.
