Everybody at Metta Box starts on our 30 day trial. This enables you to experience our unique approach to fitness that you are unlikely to have experienced anywhere else. You'll get to know our community, our Coaches and our training before you make any longer term commitment to training with us. For us it's an opportunity to get to know you and your goals and hopefully lay the foundation for great fitness and a great relationship.

12 SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
You can train in up to 12 of our small group (between 2 and 4 people) personal training sessions. All the benefits of 1-2-1 with the group dynamic and a lower cost.
NUTRITION AND LIFESTYLE SUPPORT
Learning how to train properly with us will most likely change your life and outlook on life. To get optimal results it's important that we address our lifestyles too. Most importantly nutrition, rest/recovery and stress.
We place a huge emphasis on making training enjoyable and making it a social part of your life. At Metta Box you'll be welcomed into a family of amazing people and be invited on all of our monthly socials including hiring lakes, outdoor swimming pools, rock climbing and more.

Unlimited access to our highly popular group CrossFit classes. Here we really capitalise on the atmosphere of a group and quality of coaching. You'll always learn new skills and push your fitness to limits you've never reached before.
