OUT & IN - Try to make it back in same time. To make harder utilise a hill Run for 5 minutes out - Rest 50 seconds - Run Back Rest 1 minute Run for 4 minutes out - Rest 40 seconds - Run Back Rest 1 Minute Run for 3 minutes out - Rest 30 seconds - Run Back Rest 1 Minute Run for 2 minutes out - Rest 20 seconds - Run Back Rest 1 Minute Run 1 Minutes out - Rest 10 seconds - Run Back

Strength Work

Tempo Split Squats (1 foot on sofa) 4 x 8 each leg 3030 (3 seconds down, no pause, 3 seconds up, no pause) Knees to Feet jumping Practice (see video below) if easy, hold something, if hard, use pvc to assist
