Home Workout of the Day

'Deck of cards' This is a 'fun' group workout where every suit in the deck has a different movement assigned. The number of reps you do is dictated by the number of the card. Jack King and Queen = 10 Reps, Ace = 1 minute water break

The images below show the movements - if you are not able to do with the group then maybe try and do with family. See how fast you can beat the deck. We've not included a video for this workout.

Death by running Set a 10m area Run 10m in the first minute Run 20m in the seconds minute Run 30m in the third minute... Continue until you cannot meet the distance in the time
