Run 2 x 1 mile

Rest 5 mins between efforts


Scaling Options: Jog or Walk and/or change 1 mile to 800m

Perform this like "Fight Gone Bad," by rotating immediately to the next station every 1 min, the clock does not stop or reset between stations
