Engine Workout of the Day

Jog to a hill (if one near you, if not jog for 10 minutes to warm up) 10 x Hill Sprints/100m Sprints if no hill 10 x Push Ups/Knee Push Ups after each one Jog/walk back to cool down


Gymnastics WoD

For quality:

30 Strict Handstand Push-ups/Pike Push ups with legs raised

Every time you break complete:

20 x Air Squats

Kettlebell/Dumbbell WoD 5 rounds:

12 DB/KB Thrusters (6 each side) 1

2 DB/KB Bent Over Rows (6 each side)

100m Single Arm DB/KB Overhead Carry (50m Each Arm)
